Paige had to helped from the ring by medical staff after appearing to suffer a neck injury last night during a Nassau Coliseum clash alongside Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville against Sasha Banks, Bayley and Mickie James.

Fan footage and images on Twitter documented the scare, with the Brit star pictured flat on her back at one point before medics were able to assist her backstage without the use of the stretcher they'd originally called for.

PWI Insider have since reported that Paige may have suffered a stinger following a kick to the back from Banks, but didn't require an overnight hospital stay following the show. Having only recently returned from neck surgery, it's likely she'll be removed from upcoming dates to ensure the situation isn't more serious than first thought.

The former NXT and Divas Champion re-emerged on Monday Night Raw in November, having lost over a year to rehabilitation from a catalogue of injuries and personal issues. Considered one of the favourites in the first ever Women's Royal Rumble taking place in January, her role on Raw has been in key focus since forming the devastating trio alongside her fellow NXT alumni.
