After a slew of NXT graduates made their debut on last night's post-WrestleMania Raw, the call-ups continued on the blue equivalent as Iconic Duo Peyton Royce and Billie Kay emerged to interrupt Charlotte Flair.

The Sydneysiders gatecrashed the SmackDown Women's champion's celebratory speech, mocking her match with Asuka as 'not bad, but not iconic'. Things soon turned nasty, as the interlopers viciously assaulted Flair, leaving her a lifeless heap in the middle of the ring after a double-powerbomb on the outside. Soon after, Carmella capitalised to successfully cash in her Money in the Bank contract on the stricken champ.

Australians Royce and Kay made their NXT bows back in 2015, forming an alliance in October of the following year. The tandem competed side by side as they challenged for Asuka's NXT Women's Title at TakeOver: San Antonio in a Fatal-Four-Way also featuring Nikki Cross. Most recently, Royce was amongst the NXT contingent comprising the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal this past weekend in the Superdome; she was flung by new SmackDown colleague Sarah Logan.

Neither has featured on NXT television over the last few months, hinting this call-up has been in the offing for a while with their work wrapped up.

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
