Randy Orton Injured And Could Miss Significant WWE Time

Details on injury that kept Randy Orton off WWE Raw

Randy Orton missed WWE Raw this week with a shoulder injury, Dave Meltzer is reporting on Wrestling Observer Radio. Orton will have an MRI to determine if he'll need surgery, and if that's the case, he could miss significant ring time. This is the last thing WWE needed with John Cena missing November. Orton does have star value in his name and is a key attraction for many casual fans. He would have been one of the names WWE counted on in Cena's absence. "Randy Orton has a shoulder injury. He has a dislocated shoulder, he's having an MRI soon to find out if he needs surgery," Meltzer states, "he had been working with an injury and it got worse, it dislocated in the last week or so, and it was really painful for him." Orton does have a history of shoulder injuries, and this news doesn't sound good. If the surgery is required, he's going to be out a while. He's already featured much less this year, so losing him again is going to make 2015 Randy Orton feel like a bit part player on Raw. WWE storylines explained that Orton suffered the injury at the hands of the Wyatt Family. He also missed the Mexico tour this past weekend. There's no word yet on why Luke Harper missed Raw.
