Julius and Brutus Creed wrestled their first televised WWE match on last week's episode of NXT, thrashing enhancement talents Chuckie Viola and Paxton Averill in an impressive, eye-catching squash match in which the Diamond Mine members stood out for their impactful offence and jock-like personalities.

The Creed Brothers' maiden voyage drew strong reviews across the board - and it has now been revealed that WWE officials have high hopes for at least one member of the team.

Per Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Julius has developed a reputation as a hard worker and fast learner within the promotion. Several people have told Meltzer that they believe that Julius is going to emerge as a special talent, which is something that had been mentioned prior to him even joining WWE.

Julius (real name Jacob Kasper) was signed by WWE in October 2020. His brother, Drew, was signed in February 2021, with both bringing significant amateur wrestling pedigree to the table. This plays into their role in Diamond Mine, which itself is built around a more traditional combat sports aesthetic.

Diamond Mine is completed by Roderick Strong, Hideki 'Hachiman' Suzuki, and manager Malcolm Bivens.
