Ronda Rousey Reveals Her Dream WWE Opponent
It's a match we'd all love to see...
Ronda Rousey has revealed, in a recent interview with the Pro Wrestling Illustrated podcast, that the person she'd love to face in WWE is Sasha Banks.
Rousey has been a revelation since her first appearance at the Royal Rumble in January; she arguably had the match of the night at WrestleMania 34, has had memorable feuds with the likes of Alexa Bliss & Nikki Bella, and has solidified her spot as undefeated RAW Women's Champion.
Ronda heads to Survivor Series later this month for a highly-anticipated match against SmackDown Women's Champion, Becky Lynch, but discussed the fact she is desperate to face Banks on the podcast, saying:-
"I would really love to wrestle Sasha Banks. I've been so impressed watching her work and being able to see her from the back and I was already a fan of her before. I think we'd be able to make something great together."
Rousey did admit she may not be at the right level for Banks yet, but that in a perfect world it's something she'd love to be a part of.
The RAW Women's Champion is set to face Nia Jax in the future following her Evolution Battle Royal win, and whilst many expect a match with the likes of Asuka or Charlotte Flair for Rousey at WrestleMania, Rousey v Banks would be a phenomenal contest.
