Ronda Rousey Reveals How She'd Book Her WWE Return

How would the 'Baddest Woman On The Planet' launch her comeback?

Ronda Rousey appeared on this week's episode of 'After The Bell' with Corey Graves and had a lot to say about any potential WWE return.

The former UFC bad ass and Raw Women's Champion might just be the biggest guest Graves has had on his podcast to date, and she didn't disappoint. When Ronda wasn't putting over NXT and saying she's "obsessed" with the brand, she was talking comebacks and how she'd personally book it.

Screw WrestleMania, and screw pay-per-views in general, because Rousey fancies surprising everyone by showing up unannounced on some house shows. That'd certainly turn heads and get social media talking, but it might not suit WWE.

It's in their best interests to pre-advertise stars the size of Ronda Rousey and maximise ratings, ticket sales and other established metrics, especially on non-televised events. Simply dropping her on some random live event as a shock run-in wouldn't serve those masters.

When Graves asked when Ronda could make her return, she replied, "If they would just let me show up at live events, probably very soon".

Again, that's unlikely to happen. It's all about the money in WWE's corporate world.
