Sasha Banks Debuts New Hair Colour In Social Media Post

'The Boss' hasn't gone into hiding following WWE hiatus.

Sasha Banks might be on a leave of absence from WWE television at the moment, but the former Raw Women's Champion hasn't disappeared from the public eye completely.

'The Boss' was photographed with former tag team partner Bayley at a comedy festival in Austin, Texas over the weekend, with Banks sporting a new, darker hair colour:-

What's notable about this image is that WWE are notoriously strict for controlling almost every aspect of their performers' appearances, including hair colour. They have particularly strict policies in-place when it comes to women dying their hair, too, so while there's every chance that the promotion gave Sasha permission to change hers, it could also be Banks' attempt at defying the promotion she attempted to walk away from after WrestleMania 35.

This weekend also saw Alexa Bliss take a potshot at Banks and Bayley on Twitter:-

There's no obvious end in sight for Banks' ongoing WWE absence. Reports suggest she is deeply upset with her creative direction, with WrestleMania's Women's Tag Team Title loss and subsequent decision to split the Boss 'n' Hug Connection pushing her to breaking point. She's still contracted to WWE for the foreseeable future, though. It's unlikely that the promotion will let her walk away.
