The Real Reason Alexa Bliss Hasn't Been On WWE TV Lately

Where in the world is 'The Goddess of WWE'?

Alexa Bliss hasn't wrestled a televised WWE bout since she and Nikki Cross dropped the Women's Tag Team Championships to The Kabuki Warriors at Hell In A Cell 2019. That was on 6 October, and she and Cross have since been drafted to SmackDown, with Nikki continuing as a singles wrestler in her partner's absence.

So, where is 'The Goddess Of WWE'?

The treatment table, apparently.

PWInsider are reporting that Bliss is currently dealing with an undisclosed shoulder injury, hence her ongoing absence. There is no word on the problem's severity or how long she'll be out for at present.

This is the latest in a long line of issues for Bliss over the past few years, with the former Raw and SmackDown Women's Champion regularly sidelined with varying periods of time. It's a shame, as she's one of WWE's strongest personalities and always a pushed performer when fit and healthy, but these problems just keep getting in her way.

Here's hoping that Alexa is able to mount a swift recovery and return to television before long. The Women's Tag Team Title division needs her and Cross, though Nikki has fared well on her own.
