The Undertaker Shoots On WWE Producing "Edgier Content"

Just what does The Undertaker think of WWE "pushing the envelope" in 2024?

WWE legend The Undertaker is in favour of Triple H bringing back "edgier content" on shows like Raw and SmackDown, but 'The Deadman' also believes "it is a tough balance" to appeal to both adults and young children. He wouldn't like to see WWE alienate one portion of the audience in favour of another and sell themselves short.

'Taker told fans watching/listening to his 'Six Feet Under' show that kids "drive" certain aspects of company business. At the same time, he acknowledges that there's a childlike wonder in many grown up fans too; "There’s a lot of men wearing wrestling shirts and wrestling belts!".

Speaking "as a fan" (which still takes some getting used to, because well...it's The Undertaker), 'Taker added that he loves the edgier stuff most of all because it takes him back to an era when wrestling was a little more provocative and that sort of thing hits his nostalgia buttons. However, he knows it's a balancing act for WWE these days.

'Taker later spitballed WWE producing "two different shows [at] different time periods" so viewers young and old are catered for.
