The Undertaker Teases Another WWE WrestleMania Dream Match
WWE never got to book THIS match at WrestleMania, but is there still time?!
The Undertaker surely knew exactly what he was doing during a recent Q&A session with fans on Patreon - 'The Deadman' teased everyone with the thought of a one-on-one match between Steve Austin and himself at WrestleMania someday.
'Taker didn't outright say, 'I want that match', but did express regret that he and 'Stone Cold' never got to share the ring together on WWE's grandest stage. The pair worked extensively over the years, but wouldn't get that singles showing at 'Mania.
Is...is there still time? That's what several fans wanted to know when hearing the legend chat about this subject. After all, there's been talk of 'Taker working with The Rock following their fun spot at 'Mania 40, and Austin did pop back up for an unlikely match vs. Kevin Owens in 2022.
It sounds so far-fetched, but 'Taker vs. Austin is the kind of dream match WWE would love to rekindle if both guys were up for it. Like 'Taker vs. Rock, the bout would need plenty of bells and whistles to keep it going, but nothing is impossible.
Money talks, and The Undertaker does fancy having that match with Steve at 'Mania.
