TNA May Sue WWE If Ric Flair Appears At Hall of Fame, New Horseman DVD?

TNA could have the legal right to sue WWE over using contracted TNA performer Ric Flair to help draw ticket and DVD sales for the WWE Hall of Fame 2012 ceremony.

According to F4WOnline.com, TNA could have the legal right to sue WWE over using contracted TNA performer Ric Flair to help draw ticket and DVD sales for the WWE Hall of Fame 2012 ceremony. Flair was advertised on a recent WWE Raw episode as being inducted along with the other members of The Four Horseman and have already contacted 'The Nature Boy' about appearing at the ceremony. Tickets for the ceremony went on sale just days later. It is unknown as of right now as to whether TNA will look to enforce any action against WWE for inducting Flair or whether they will allow him to turn up on the night of the ceremony. TNA and WWE could easily come to a financial settlement agreement that would allow Flair to show up on the night, or Flair might just let him turn up for free to enjoy the advertising of their star on a much watched program. Meanwhile to celebrate their induction in the WWE Hall of Fame, there has been talk of releasing yet another Four Horseman DVD in the near future. Additionally, reports are that Ric Flair is about to announce a major deal he has struck recently that is thought to be outside of wrestling.
