The eighth annual TNA Impact Wrestling No Surrender PPV rolls in to the Impact Zone tonight with a card stacked to prepare for Bound For Glory. A PPV with no world title match and a champion who isn't in the main event shows just how important it is(n't) to the guys in Florida. So why exactly should we care? Well there's actually a few matches on the card with great potential - let's just hope they manage to deliver after a relatively consistent run of great events in 2012. So let's have a look into our magic 8 ball and see how this one's going to pan out. ZEMA ION Vs SONJAY DUTT - X DIVISION TITLE MATCH Sonjay Dutt was a TNA regular for years but never really made much of an impact until he started stalking So Cal Val. Shortly after that he disappeared only to return earlier this year with a new look and a new attitude that has really struck a chord with the TNA fans. Ion on the other hand is proving to be an incredible talent and a great heel champion who is likely to keep the gold for a decent run. This is likely to be a match of the night contender, provided the stars align, but we don't see Dutt leaving with anything other than his tail between his legs tonight. Prediction: Ion cheats to win. Hairspray is involved. Surprise. MISS TESSMACHER Vs TARA - TNA WOMEN'S KNOCKOUT CHAMPIONSIP What is there to say about this match? TNA are building Tessmacher to be the top she-face of the division so it seems unlikely Tara will be regaining her once prized possession. But this is TNA where the right result isn't always the result we get. Tara is an excellent choice to help build Tessmacher's in ring skills so we're hopeful that this mini feud will go on for a while. Prediction: Tessmacher survives but takes a beat down following the match setting up a rematch at Bound For Glory. ROB VAN DAM Vs MAGNUS Remember when Magnus made his debut? He was the dullest guy on television. Now he's one of the must see talents on the roster and he continues his recent push with a high profile PPV match against former WWE and TNA world champion Rob Van Dam. RVD made it clear he had no interest in helping young talent during his time in TNA, but since he re-signed a contract with the company rather than returning to WWE, Van Dam's attitude seems to have changed. Magnus is building to a feud with his tag partner Samoa Joe sooner or later so a victory here would give him amazing momentum. Prediction: Magnus wins. RVD doesn't go down clean. KAZ & DANIELS Vs AJ STYLES & KURT ANGLE - TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Yawn! OK, so this is gunna be a great match but why is it actually happening? Kurt and AJ clearly have nothing to do now the BFG series is over so it seems the only thing for them to do is invoke their return clause against 2 of the most entertaining men in TNA right now. There's simply no reason for the champs to lose the straps. AJ has had his blow off with the 2 baldies in his mini feud so this is simply filler material. Prediction: Kurt and AJ win by DQ. The champs (thankfully and deservedly) plod on. AUSTIN ARIES Vs THE ARM BREAKER So here we go, World Champion versus The Arm Breaker from Aces and Eights. Arm Breaker is thought to be Luke Gallows from CM Punk's Straight Edge Society, an accomplished big man who should be able to put together an authentic looking brawl at least. It seems silly there's no title on the line on the PPV but the only purpose this serves is to further the Aces and Eights angle. It's intriguing to see where this will end up, especially if Bischoff and Jarrett are really the ones behind all of this. But as neither of those are full time in-ring competitors the group needs a current TNA star at the forefront, and it's not Luke Gallows. So who's it going to be? Will we find out tonight? And where's Bobby Roode? Hmmm, suspicious. BULLY RAY Vs JAMES STORM & SAMOA JOE Vs JEFF HARDY - BOUND FOR GLORY FINAL FOUR Congratulations to TNA for having 4 of the best athletes in the company battling for that all important World Championship match at Bound For Glory. Both matches could be PPV main events and we're guaranteed 3 excellent matches here, which makes up for the lack of Aries main event. Speaking of Aries, he needs to be ringside for the final, if for no other reason than to get involved in the inevitable brawl with Aces and Eights at the end. As far as the individual matches go we predict Storm going over Ray and Hardy squeezing by Joe, perhaps with interference from Magnus. This sets up a final involving The Charismatic Enigma and The Cowboy. Credit to TNA for keeping us guessing now that Roode isn't champion, but it's still possible he'll win the gold before BFG and go on to face Hardy. Alternatively it could be Aries and Hardy at BFG which could be Hardy's chance to finally undo all the damage he did to his brand when he lost to Sting in 90 seconds. On the other hand, would Storm and Aries be a way to put Aries over big time? Or maybe even turn him heel? There are literally tons of possibilities which is great for all us fans. Prediction: Storm wins. Aries is revealed as the man behind Aces and Eights. Storm wins the gold at BFG. So that's our predictions. Let us know yours below.
