Vince McMahon Blames Sasha Banks Over WWE Hell In A Cell Finish

The boss isn't happy with the boss!

As good as Sasha Banks is in the ring, it seems that she still just can't quite win over Vince McMahon.

The Wrestling Observer has reported that there is apparently heat on The Boss for screwing up the ending to the Hell in a Cell match. The original plan was for Sasha to go through the table, and then get pinned with a Natural Selection. They tried multiple times, but it didn't work out.

It's hard to see where the fault lies with Sasha on this one. Her body weight likely just wasn't enough to break the table. Either they would have had to keep attempting the spot — which would have looked foolish — or just go with Charlotte hitting her finisher for the pin, which is what they did.

This just adds more confusion to the entire thing. If the plan was for Sasha to lose, they shouldn't have put the match on last to send the Boston crowd home on a down note. But Vince is reportedly pleased with the decision, and has no regrets with how the booking played out, except for how the ending went down.

Next time maybe make some adjustments for the weight of the competitors with an easier breaking table! Just a thought.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW.
