WrestleMania 33 will broacast live from Orlando, Florida's Camping World Stadium on April 2nd, 2017. It'll be the second 'Mania to be held at the venue since WrestleMania XXIV in 2008, and while next year's event is almost half a year away, WWE are close to finalising the following year's location.

According to the Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer, WWE have whittled their options down to four choices. While three of these cities remain a mystery, Minneapolis is said to be under heavy consideration. WM 33 was originally set to take place in the Minnesotan city, but Orlando was preferred in the end.

WWE haven't held a pay-per-view in Minneapolis since Elimination Chamber 2014, and they've never held a WrestleMania in the state of Minnesota. Should they go ahead with their plans, WrestleMania 34 will be only the fifth WWE PPV to take place in Minneapolis, with the 20,500-capacity Target Center playing host to all four previous events.

There are a couple of major stadiums in the Minneanpolis area, and it's highly likely that WWE would look to host WM 34 at the brand new US Bank Stadium. Home to the NFL's Minnesota Vikings, the state of the art stadium was opened in July 2016, and can accomodate up to 70,000 fans.
