WWE: 10 Superstars Most Shafted By The Royal Rumble

Rumble1 The big story coming out of Royal Rumble 2014 has obviously been Daniel Bryan getting unjustly not included in the 30 man contest. Beyond that industry shaking news, the truth is SEVERAL superstars actually got shafted. Some wrestlers who were advertised for the Rumble ended up not featuring, meanwhile those who did feature didn't really get a fair shake. A lot of these misuses have flown under the radar, the magnitude of the Bryan exclusion eclipsing all over controversies. It was a bad night for the full time workers who desperately wanted to enhance their exposure in the Rumble contest. Entrants such as JBL (for only a matter of seconds) is a slap in the face to some wrestlers who could have contributed more significant efforts. Meanwhile the comedy booking of El Torito will have angered some wrestlers who felt the contest should be taken more seriously. Then there was the part timers, Kevin Nash back to once again steal himself some spotlight. Even Brock Lesnar on the undercard, taking up a glorified twenty minute angle (which could have been done on Raw) may have upset some talent. The blame for the dismally received Rumble is being placed on the mantle of WWE road agent Jamie Noble. He reportedly didn't start laying out the match with the wrestlers until 6pm of the Sunday evening, with few major spots being laid out. The lack of effort showed on the night - and 48 hours later the match has already been forgotten about save for the booing. Here we take a look at the 10 Superstars most shafted by the Royal Rumble...
