June's news that Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman had been appointed as Executive Directors for WWE SmackDown and Raw respectively brought rumours that WWE would soon hold a new draft to determine frozen rosters for both shows. Now, three months later, it looks like we finally have dates.

The 2019 WWE Draft will begin on the 11 October episode of SmackDown in Las Vegas, Nevada, which'll be the blue brand's second show on Fox. It will then continue through the 14 October episode of Raw after which it will wrap.

This is all according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer and POST Wrestling's John Pollock.

WWE's brand split doesn't really exist at the moment, with a Wild Card Rule that was originally supposed to limit Raw and SmackDown to four crossovers each night falling apart almost immediately. Now, wrestlers are seemingly free to come and go as they please, though WWE will presumably be looking to tighten things up once SmackDown hits Fox on 4 October.

This makes sense, given that Heyman and Bischoff are supposed to be running their shows independent of one another.
