Despite rumors to the contrary, WWE reportedly has no plans to air their upcoming house show in Honolulu, Hawaii on the WWE Network. The June 29 show will be the first time WWE has ran an event in Hawaii since 2010.

Rumors have been persistent online that WWE has planned on airing the event as a live WWE Network special, with some even claiming the event would be dubbed Bash At The Beach (in homage to the former WCW PPV event).

Word has it that some WWE performers were even under the impression the show would air on the network due to the very visible rumors all over the internet.

Instead, the Hawaii event will be a house show that has a little more star power than your average non-televised event due to it kicking off a week where WWE travels to Japan for two high profile events. One name that will not be on the shows, however, is Brock Lesnar.

WWE currently has no plans on using Lesnar in Hawaii or Japan, according to Dave Meltzer this week in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Current stars advertised for the Hawaii event include John Cena, Shinsuke Nakamura, Kevin Owens, Roman Reigns, Chris Jericho, Bray Wyatt, AJ Styles, The New Day, The Usos, Asuka, Charlotte, Ric Flair, Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, and Natalya.

Nakamura and Asuka will be focal points of the Japan tour, so that is the reason that they are also performing at the main roster event in Honolulu.
