PW Torch has reported that WWE are interested in signing Ring Of Honor star Silas Young when his contract expires in December. Meanwhile, Heel By Nature added news that other indy stars are expected to sign too.

39-year old Silas recently confirmed that his ROH deal is about to run out in an interview with Wrestling Inc, and that would leave him able to join WWE's next Performance Center class in January 2019. The (two-time) ex-ROH TV Champion had previously worked as enhancement talent for the company on Heat and Superstars between 2007-2010.

As for others, there's speculation that Shane Strickland, Trevor Lee and ACH are on WWE's radar too. If all four are signed in time for the January influx at the PC, this could be one of the most notable classes in the Center's history.

Heel By Nature claim that Strickland, Lee and ACH are all-but-signed, and noted they're likely to be part of a WWE announcement early next year. Young, meanwhile, remains a little less guaranteed, but it is interesting that he refused to rule out a jump when quizzed during recent interviews.
