PWInsider's Mike Johnson expects several former WWE legends to appear at Monday Night Raw's 25th anniversary celebration in January.

Vince McMahon's flagship show will mark the milestone on January 22, 2018, when the company heads to Brooklyn's Barclays Centre.

And it is thought that the broadcast will be liberally sprinkled with some of the biggest stars of the last quarter-century, as the company prepares for the release of commemorative merchandise.

In addition to an obligatory "Best Of" DVD, there are also plans to publish a Dean Miller and Jake Black-authored book, whose working title is WWE Raw: The First 25 Years.

As for the show itself, there are precious few clues about who will actually be in attendance (although you can probably count CM Punk out of the running).

The Rock has not appeared on WWE programming this year, but he did take time out of his Hollywood schedule to gatecrash both the 15th and 20th anniversary celebrations.

We'll also be keeping our eyes peeled for a potential cameo from Ric Flair, who has recently taken his first steps back into the media spotlight after a health scare in the summer.
