WWE Royal Rumble 2019 - 10 Most Likely Winners

Big Banter Dave Batista's two Rumble wins couldn't be more different. In 2005, The Animal won his first Rumble to major fanfare as the company's hottest rising star. In 2014, Big Mouth Season 2 on Netflix Dave returned to the company to promote Guardians of the Galaxy, and won the Rumble to a chorus of boos due to his unfortunate affliction of "Not Being Daniel Bryan." From there, Bootista happened, then Bluetista, and then Dave left the company once again.

With Big Butts And I Cannot Lie Dave returning to the company as part of SmackDown 1000, talk is naturally going to spring up about a possible in-ring return. Batista has gone on record for a while now expressing his interest to wrestle again, although WWE have been cold about the idea. Perhaps they're keeping their plans close to their chest, and if said plan is to have a repeat Rumble winner, then Dave is almost certainly one of the people on their mind.

While the fans likely wouldn't boo Bigger, Faster, And Stronger Too Dave like they did last time, he wouldn't exactly be anyone's ideal choice. Even though we're coming on five years since Batista last won a Rumble, it still feels so recent. And really, aside from Triple H or Randy Orton, none of the members of roster seem like logical WrestleMania opponents. The idea of Dave-AJ is unlikely, and certainly nobody's clamoring to see The Big Dog get a pin on Big Brother UK Dave.
