WWE SmackDown: SHOCK Title Change In UK

HUGE surprise breaking news coming out of WWE's SmackDown tapings in Manchester, UK tonight.
WWE.com have confirmed that AJ Styles defeated Jinder Mahal to become WWE Champion in the main event.
The historic title switch is actually the first ever time the WWE title has changed hands outside of North America. The shock win for the Phenomenal One must surely compete with British Bulldog's iconic IC title win over Bret 'The Hitman' Hart at Wembley Stadium, way back at SummerSlam 1992, as one of the biggest wrestling moments to have ever happened on UK soil.
Styles officially becomes a two time WWE champion, ending the lengthy reign of Jinder Mahal some weeks before the Survivor Series.
