Results from last night's WWE SmackDown tapings from Las Vegas, Nevada. The show will air on Friday night. Dark Match: "Ryback" Skip Sheffield defeated Tyson Kidd SmackDown results: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan comes out to open the show and says Big Show as unprofessional last week and should quit for his 'attack' on AJ. The crowd boo Bryan as the promo goes on. 1) Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes defeated Justin Gabriel. It's unclear as to whether this was as a title match but it was originally billed as a Rhodes vs Hornswoggle match before Gabriel came out and defended Hornswoggle and took his place in the match. And then lost! First Roulette segment of the night with Mark Henry backstage. He spins and the stipulation for tonight's World Title match against Daniel Bryan will be a Lumberjack Match. 2) WWE Tag Team Champions Primo & Epico defeated The Usos. Again, unclear as to whether it was a title match. Now that Primo & Epico have beaten the one team they can, who's next? A dance-off segment between Vickie Guerrero and 'The Funkasaurus' Brodus Clay takes place in the middle of the ring. Clay wins but Vickie wants to make up for her poor dancing before William Regal comes out to save her the embarrassment. Clay disses Regal and challenges him to a dance off. Regal begins to dance but Clay runs him down and celebrates in the ring. Hopefully they are building to Brodus Clay's first real program (i.e. non squash match) will be against Regal. Another spin of the Roulette wheel means Sheamus will face Wade Barrett in a tables match. 3) Wade Barrett defeated Sheamus in a Tables Match when Jinder Mahal came out to help Barrett put the 'Celtic Warrior' through the table. Post-match Mahal attacks Sheamus but ends up being put through the table. 4) Ted DiBiase defeated Hunico in a Flag Match when he retrieved the U.S. flag. Teddy Long once again fires Drew McIntyre in a backstage segmen but Teddy's new assistant Santino Marella asks for him to be re-hired to he can face him in a match. Teddy agrees and they spin the Roulette wheel which lands on a Blindfold Match. Oh dear. 5) Santino Marella defeated Drew McIntyre in a Blindfold Match with the Cobra. 6) WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan and Mark Henry in a Lumberjack Match ended in a No Contest when Lumberjacks came into the ring attacking both guys and causing chaos. Bryan walks to the back and Henry manages to escape soon after. SmackDown ended with Sheamus cleaning house and standing alone in the ring.
