Last night's WWE SmackDown spoilers tapings from Fayetteville, North Carolina. The show will air on Friday on SyFy (US) and Sky Sports (UK). Dark Match; Johnny Curtis defeated a local jobber. SmackDown results; The Miz kicked off the show with his MizTV segment with Sheamus. The segment was interrupted by Kofi Kingston and then Big Show. Sheamus wants his rematch but Show walked out. Sheamus and Kofi cleared the ring of Miz and then a tag match main event between all four opponents was announced for later. 1) The Prime Time Players defeated Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio 2) Wade Barrett defeated Randy Orton with a helping hand from Alberto Del Rio 3) The Great Khali defeated David Otunga Randy Orton and Alberto Del Rio are in a backstage segment which eventually concludes with Matt Striker being thrown into a cake. 4) R-Truth defeated Justin Gabriel 5) The Miz & World Heavyweight Champion The Big Show defeated Sheamus and Kofi Kingston in the main event. It was announced either at the event or after that The Big Show will defend his World Heavyweight Title in a rematch against Sheamus at next month's WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view. Before the show, WWE had been hyping a continuation and update on the Brad Maddox refereeing controversy from Sunday and then the AJ Lee/John Cena affair storyline, but nothing of the sort happened during the tapings. Of course it could be that possible segments are shot in the future and then edited into the broadcast.
