The official Twitter account of Minneapolis's Target Center announced on Monday that the 2017 TLC: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs PPV will take place in the arena on October 22. This marks the first time since the TLC PPV's inception in 2009 that it will take place in a month other than December.

In addition to the date, the Target Center's official site is advertising that this year, the TLC PPV will be a Raw-brand exclusive (Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Samoa Joe are featured in the ad, for what that's worth). As the PPV was introduced during the late days of the original brand split, it had superstars from both rosters through the time that the extension was dropped. Last year, with the split reintroduced, the PPV was a SmackDown exclusive.

There is no word yet on how this will affect the rest of WWE's Pay-Per-View calendar, but with the late October slot typically reserved for Hell in a Cell, it's safe to assume that HIAC will be moved. It's possible that Hell in a Cell could be scheduled for December and given to the Smackdown brand.
