WWE WrestleMania 32: 10 Things That Need To Happen Tonight

We're all watching for a classic Shane McMahon crazy bump, right?

The boos will ring out the world over if WWE simply book Roman Reigns to defeat Triple H valiantly and become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion tonight. As a babyface, Reigns has been an aberration, albeit one at the mercy of some seriously mundane booking.

Fans expect more than a simple firework-laden babyface conclusion to WrestleMania this year, and there's only one solution. Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker is the scenario with more intrigue, so that must go on last. Hell In A Cell is still a stipulation taken seriously by fans, and there's the feeling that something big is going to happen in that match.

There must be big bumps, there has to be blood, and every match on the card must hit a home run. People also expect more than mere 'Guest Host' roles for the likes of The Rock and Steve Austin.

This isn't an ordinary, run-of-the-mill show, this is WrestleMania. Shane McMahon, the stage is yours to steal.

10. The Ladder Match Opens The Show In Style

If there's one thing WrestleMania 31 proved, it's that a multi-man Ladder Match is the perfect way to open up the show. Right from the off, people in attendance want excitement and drama. That's something 'Mania should provide from the very first match, making the WWE Intercontinental Title situation ideal.

Scanning the lineup for the bout, there are a few duds in there. Zack Ryder, Sin Cara and Stardust are hardly credible in terms of being top challengers for the championship, but when that doesn't seem to matter when it comes to multi-man situations in WWE. Despite their lack of credibility in that sense, the trio are still capable of provoking a reaction from the crowd during the heat of a decent match.

There's no reason why Kevin Owens shouldn't retain the gold at WrestleMania, he's the most valid Intercontinental Champion since Daniel Bryan. Dean Ambrose was a fine champ himself, but Owens deserves room to breathe with the title over his shoulder. Therefore, at WrestleMania he should open the show with a big victory, hopefully segueing into a one-on-one feud against Sami Zayn over the belt.
