WWE WrestleMania 33 Set For Florida?

A fitting finale for The Rock?

WrestleMania 33 could be heading back to Florida. PWInsider are reporting that Orlando is high on the list of potential hosts, and there has been a lot of developments in figuring out the logistics of bringing Mania back to the sunshine state. Orlando previously hosted WrestleMania back in 2008, at the Citrus Bowl, in what was a very good event. The show is best remembered for Shawn Michaels retiring Ric Flair in an absolute classic, and Floyd Mayweather defeating Big Show in a bout that generated major publicity for WWE. Closing the show was The Undertaker over Edge. In going back to Florida, it could play into plans for The Rock. He'll be forty four by the time of WrestleMania 33, and retirement could be on his mind. One last match in his home state could be very tempting. Florida has always meant a lot to him. It could also be a fitting occasion for WWE to induct him into the Hall Of Fame. Maybe they'd even consider having that event down the road in Miami, Rock's hometown. Also in contention for WrestleMania 33 is Los Angeles, with the location being viewed as the ideal place for a future Mania. It is a media hub and was WWE's SummerSlam home for many years.
