It seems the romance between Buddy Murphy and Alexa Bliss is no more.
According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, the pair ended their engagement some time ago, and have apparently been living apart since last September.
The couple's split was said to be entirely amicable, and that the two remain good friends in the aftermath.
Murphy and Bliss' relationship first began down in NXT, whilst the latter was managing the former alongside tag partner Wesley Blake. The two had already became engaged to be married when Bliss was accelerated to the main roster to help fill the ranks following the brand split.
The Australian Murphy finally joined his partner on the main roster during the 2018 Superstar Shake-Up, but the two still remained separate as he was asked to ply his trade on 205 Live.
A recent Not Your Demographic podcast hinted that Murphy and Bliss had broken up, but had decided to keep quiet about it. Satin's scoop seems to confirm these rumours.
Either way, we wish them both the best of luck in their future romantic endeavours.

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
