34 WTF Moments From WWE RAW (Dec 7)

Ryback can fly...

The TLC go home show. How quickly are WWE pay per views coming round these days? This week's episode looked set to be a bumper edition after a couple of new factions were established last week. Sheamus 'recruited' King Barrett, Rusev and Alberto Del Rio to form the League of Nations, while Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose joined forces with The Usos to form a family, of sorts. The powers that be have a lot of explaining to do as to why the factions are together now which would be sure to take up a very boring opening 20 minutes of the show. The other main talking point heading into this week's RAW was who would be the fourth man? Last week's episode saw the shock return of Tommy Dreamer to a WWE ring, as the ECW Original assisted The Dudley Boyz against the Wyatt Family. Names like Rob Van Dam, Sandman, Rhyno and even Sabu were all mentioned ahead of the show. On top of all that, a lot of match making was due to be made on this week's episode. We already knew that Reigns and Sheamus would be facing off for the WWE WHC, Ambrose and Owens would battle it out for the Intercontinental Championship, New Day would defend the Tag Team Championships against the Lucha Dragons and Usos, while Paige would go one-on-one with Charlotte - that isn't enough for a pay per view... As ever there was those moments that left us scratching our heads and screaming WTF - here's 34 of them.

34. "That Has To Be Some Sort Of Record..."

WWE.com WWE.comWords from Sheamus there, who took well over three minutes to tell us that he defeated Roman Reigns in five minutes and fifteen seconds... FFS opening promo! The Celtic Warrior begged the question whether it was some sort of world record and I'm here to tell you that it isn't. The shortest WWE World Heavyweight Championship reign stands at 30 seconds, and was achieved by Andre the Giant... Really. Andre defeated Hulk Hogan for the belt as referee Earl Hebner took part in his first screwjob after being bribed by Ted DiBiase. Immediately after winning the title from Hogan, André surrendered the title to DiBiase. Unlucky, Sheamo!
