Theres a scene in this episode where Mr. Clever tries to trick Clara into thinking hes the Doctor. Apparently, the best answer to something only the Doctor would know is that hes falling in love with Clarabut thats another article. Clara sees through this trick, smacks his face, and restores the Doctor. What you may not notice on first viewing is that Clara spends this scene being really awesome, manipulating Mr. Clever while hes trying to manipulate her. She tears up sort of leans in and breaks eye contact which he thinks means a kiss is about to happen, so he closes his eyes which gives Clara the opportunity to smack him across the face! Damn shes cool.
