28. Engineering Utility Vest And Variations - Mid 2280s - Mid 2290s

Scotty wore a utility vest over his white undershirt, seen prominently in Star Trek V: The Final Frontier and in the episode Relics. As the head of his department, he wore a white undershirt, though his pants retained the standard engineering/operations division gold stripe.

This effectively served as his toolbelt, though it also sported his Delta in the 2280s and 90s, then his communicator in the 2360s.

This was one of several engineering uniform variations available at the time, with an updated jumpsuit introduced in the mid-2270s, which was adapted into EV suits to be worn with a thruster pack and helmet, or could be adapted for use with gravity boots when one needs to assassinate a High Chancellor.
