WWE Clash In Italy 2026: 8 Things That NEED To Happen

5. Oba Femi Beats Brock Again

Most reading this would expect Brock Lesnar to even the score at 1-1 by beating Oba Femi at Clash In Italy. Nope, that'd be senseless. It could well happen, but it shouldn't. WWE must go all in on Oba and portray him as somebody even Brock f'n Lesnar just can't get the better of. That'd make Femi look unstoppable.

If Brock loses to Oba for a second time then stares incredulously at his hands post-match, then creative will have a killer story on their hands. It'd be up to Paul Heyman to rebuild his 'Beast' and breathe confidence into his bones before a third confrontation with Femi. That could easily headline the aforementioned Saturday Night's Main Event at MSG, or happen at SummerSlam in August if SNME doesn't suit.

Another alternative exists: Brock going after Gunther (more on him later) at SummerSlam. WWE can thrash out whether they want Lesnar to put his career on the line in that scenario once Clash is all wrapped up. They might even go that route with Oba and have Brock offer up his entire livelihood as a means to coax Femi back into the ring for a third time.

The fact this is all so unpredictable? Fascinating. Sure, the 'Brock's retired but not really' plot line is pretty clumsy, but Lesnar will always carry interest no matter what he's doing on TV/PLE. It's time to strap a rocket to Oba, then start winding things down for a legend.

Feed him to Femi a third time or let Gunther retire him. Over to you, WWE.
