Jack Kirby, Stan Lee and Joe Sinnott wrote and illustrated three of the most important books in the Fantastic Four's library with issues #48, 49, and 50.

Issue #48 introduced Galactus and the Silver Surfer, but the reveal in that issue didn't elicit a reaction until the opening splash page of #49, which Jack Kirby perfectly captured on each of the Fantastic Four's faces.
