10 Hidden Details In Movie Closing Scenes

1. Wanted - Homage To The Creators

Everyone loves a good show of appreciation towards the folks who helped inspire the piece of cinema we've just been fortunate enough to witness and we got another subtle show of respect in the finale of 2008's Wanted.

J.G. Jones and Mark Miller were the brilliant minds behind the comic book miniseries which inspired the heart-stopping bullet bending action flick. Instead of giving the pair a blatant walk on cameo, however, the creators of the film opted for a more subtle approach when it came to acknowledging their fine work.

During the final scene, we see Morgan Freeman's Sloan closing in on what appears to be James McAvoy's Wesley sat at his desk back in his old office job. Yet, a few moments before Sloan is picked off by the now super assassin from miles away, you'll notice a name plate next to the decoy Wesley's head.

This name plate reads 'J.G. Miller', which is a combination of the two creators names.

It would have been undoubtedly cool to see Wesley shoot the creators names into the side of one of the office's cubicles, but this simple homage to the two Wanted architects was also a nice enough touch to finish the movie on.
