10 Most Unusual Demands By James Bond Actors
7. To Be Looked After By The Cast & Crew - Jane Seymour
Jane Seymour rose to instant international fame after playing Bond girl Solitaire in Live and Let Die, though being just 21 years of age at the time of shooting, it's understandable that she was a little anxious about starring in such a massive production.
And so Seymour, then being married to Michael Attenborough - son of legendary filmmaker-actor Richard - arrived on the film's set with a note from her famous father-in-law, asking that the cast and crew take special care to look after her. The note reportedly said, "She may well need a shoulder to lean on."
Unfortunately most reports suggest the experience was a tough one for Seymour - Moore famously made her cry by playing a practical joke in which the cast all got up and walked away when she sat down to join them for a meal.
Elsewhere she and Moore both caught dysentery and were involved in a car accident, and Seymour was left terrified when one of the snakes during the voodoo ceremony sequence accidentally got loose and almost bit her.
You'd never know Seymour's anxiety from her final performance, at least, and she has spoken more favourably of Moore in recent years.
