10 Small Details That Could Ruin Upcoming Comic Book Movies

1. A Possible 1920s Setting - Wonder Woman

Contrary to what we all thought was going to happen, it was recently announced that the upcoming Wonder Woman solo movie - which comes to us courtesy of Warner Bros. and as part of the newly-established DC Cinematic Universe - will likely find itself set in the 1920s and possibly World War II. "What's wrong with that?" you ponder. Well, it simply means that Wonder Woman will fly truly alone, without much support. Think about it: the major characters inherent to the DC Cinematic Universe are Superman and Batman, and their stories take place in the present day. Should Wonder Woman find herself as something of a solo avenger (indeed, the movie is likely to be similar to that of Captain America: The First Avenger), then Wonder Woman will lack the supporting players and interconnecting stories that fans are bound to desire.
