4. American Pie Presents: The Book of Love

The American Pie franchise has done something rare and the direct-to-DVD cycle has been broken, with American Reunion hitting cinemas last year with a reunited cast. Before that however, there were FOUR straight to DVD sequels with The Book of Love being the one that you might have missed. An entire new cast (excluding the always brilliant Eugene Levy as Mr. Levenstein) try to do the same thing as the original cast did and lose their virginity. This tired tale doesn't have the charisma of the theatrical releases and is nothing that hasn't been done before and much better. The main characters aren't likeable and the film borders on misogyny in its portrayal of female characters.
Why its in the top 10: A flaccid sex-comedy made by people who have no respect for what the first trilogy achieved. Boring.
