2. Ben Affleck
Fortunately, Ben Affleck has managed to almost completely turn his career around after being used as a punchline for years after being cast in some of the worst movies of the last decade. There's not really any defending his movie choices between Good Will Hunting until about the time he started directing. To be fair to Affleck, Good Will Hunting took him almost immediately from an unknown to a star, and the speed in which the transition took place probably had some effect on his career choices. Horrible decision making aside, Affleck has always been a solid if unspectacular actor, and now that he has become a very acclaimed director, most of the criticism has thankfully died down.
