10. The Wrecking Crew
If Marvel want to present a group threat to Thor in a future movie, the Wrecking Crew could be a good place to start. The Wrecking Crew are formed when Dirk Garthwaite - the Wrecker and the team's leader - is approached in prison by Dr. Eliot Franklin and asked to retrieve a gamma bomb which Franklin had designed, with the intent of ransoming New York for millions of dollars, and he recruits his team-mates to help him complete this task. Garthwaite had formerly been a violent criminal who would demolish his crime scenes with his crowbar, but gained his power when he was mistaken for Loki and given godly powers by the Norn Queen, which are later distributed amongst his team-mates. He develops a hate for Thor and he and his team-mates regularly clash with the Thunder God. Anything that keeps Loki on our screens is good with me.
