In the upcoming film The Dallas Buyer's Club, McConaughey will portray a man named Ron Woodroof in his final days as he dies of AIDS. For the role, McConaughey dropped 40 pounds to pull off the emaciated look accurately. So who's handsome now, handsome guy?
