7 Obvious Spoilers You Missed At The Start Of Movies
2. Back To The Future: The Climax Was Teased Early On
Back to the Future is one of the most adored movies of the 1980s, and it isn't difficult to see why. Robert Zemeckis's time-hopping classic has everything: romance, bromance, comedy, action and a pulse-racing finale to cap it all off.
Marty's lightning-fast return to 1985 is one of the most memorable things cinemagoers saw during the decade that taste forgot, capped off by a homage to Safety Last as Doc Brown does his best Harold Lloyd impression while hanging from the clock.
Observant fans who were paying attention during Back to the Future's opening scene realised that Zemeckis teased the movie's climax at the first opportunity. On display in Doc Brown's lab, alongside dozens of other clocks, is a miniature version of the one from Safety Last, complete with a tiny Harold Lloyd clinging to its big hand.
That's right, Back to the Future actually gave the audience a glimpse at its endgame right at the start. Great Scott!
