13. Thanos Kills The Collector (But Doesn't get The Reality Stone)

As the Half-Guardians get to Knowhere, it's likely that they'll find that Thanos has already got there himself on the trail of the Reality Stone. He will probably torture Benicio Del Toro's universal elder to find out what he's done with the Aether that was given to him at the end of Thor: The Dark World and will fatally wound him.

Presumably, because Thanos doesn't have the Reality Stone in the trailers when he meets up with the Guardians and Avengers on Titan, Tivan has got rid of it (or successfully makes Thanos believe he has). Either that or the Guardians manage to sneak into his vault and steal the Aether from under Thanos' nose?

And rather than letting the trail die with Tivan (because he's definitely going to die), we'll see him pass on some key information to the Guardians as he dies - probably relating to the significance of Titan, as that's where they'll be heading next. If they had the Reality Stone with them, it would make a lot of sense, though there's every chance that Marvel have simply digitally altered the scenes on Titan to make it seem that Thanos has less Stones.
