The Battle of Wakanda is going to be massive, and we see the first set of troops assemble here, including Black Panther, Hulk(buster), Steve Rogers, and Bucky.

As we can see, the forces sent by Thanos are attempting to break through a forcefield around Wakanda, which the trailer later confirms DOES happen. The main threat here will be the Outriders, genetically engineered creatures designed to do the bidding of their master - in this case, defeat the Avengers.
