Coen Brothers cast Clooney for the 3rd time

george_clooney2.jpgThe Coen Brothers have once again snapped up George Clooney to star in their upcoming project Burn After Reading. The trio have previously worked together on O Brother, Where Art Thou? and Intolerable Cruelty. Plot info from Production Weekly... "The contemporary East Coast caper, is about a C.I.A. guy who€™s writing a book and he loses the disc. Clooney€™s character is not the C.I.A. guy, but a guy that goes around killing people". The script is loosely based on a novel written by Admiral Stansfield Turner who was the director of the CIA from 1977 to 1981. I haven't seen any of the Coen/Clooney team ups. O Brother, Where Art Thou never really looked like my sort of thing and the romantic comedy with Catherine Zeta Jones was DEFINITELY not my thing. Can't say this movie will have me rushing to the cinema either. source - production weekly, coming soon
