Which Famous Actors Have Never Been In A Good Movie?
Sorry, Ashton Kutcher fans. All three of you.
Through science - or rather, accumulated Rotten Tomatoes scores - it recently became apparent that both Ashton Kutcher, best known for his roles in dreadful rom-coms, and Jennifer Love Hewitt, best known for... well, her roles in dreadful rom-coms, have never been in a critically-acclaimed film. Scan their filmographies and you won't find a "Fresh" score upon even one of their motion picture ventures. Seriously: the highest rated Ashton Kutcher film on Rotten Tomatoes is No Strings Attached with a mere 49%. Love Hewitt's is Heartbreakers, with 53%. Which is to say: these guys have managed to formulate entire careers out of bad movies, proving that it's entirely possible to work in Hollywood even if you've done nothing - literally, NOTHING - of worth. It appears, at least, that Ashton Kutcher has tried to take a few risks outside of his normal areas of "expertise" (Jobs, for example, was a notable failure on this guy's part). Jennifer Love Hewitt, of course, isn't exactly admired for her acting skills as much as she is her, uh... "assets" (you know what assets we're talking about: don't play coy). So, who cares, right? But are Ashton and Jennifer the only actors to have never been in a good a movie? Perhaps not. Our pick goes to Megan Fox, who - despite her popularity (well, her "popularity" in that Jennifer Love Hewitt sense) and appearances in huge blockbusters like Transformers and its godawful sequel, has never been in a good flick. Seriously, consider the likes of Jonah Hex, Jennifer's Body, This Is 40, How To Lose Friends & Alienate People, and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. And let's face it: the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is unlikely to turn the tables. Question of the day.... which actor has never been in a good movie?
