Justin Bartha hits THE REBOUND

NATIONAL TREASURE star will play a young guy who begins an unlikely relationship with his single mother neighbour, Catherine Zeta Jones.

Not usually the kind of film we would talk about but I'm happy for young actor Justin Bartha. He is easily the best part of the National Treasure movies (although slightly annoying - but that was his character) and now he has handed himself a big leading part in a romantic comedy. He will lead The Rebound as a 25 year old guy who begins an unlikely relationship with his single mother neighbour, Catherine Zeta Jones.

Presumably she is on the rebound. Can't say the movie sounds great but still, at least it's someone else getting the go at leading a rom-com than the usual pool of actors we see time and time again. The film will shoot this month in New York from writer/director Bart Freundlich, who also helmed Bartha in his comedy Trust the Man. source - the hollywood reporter
