8. Wonder Woman
It was
recently reported that Warner Bros. may indeed be looking to include Wonder Woman in the Man of Steel, and even though its an unconfirmed claim as yet, with the recent slew of Justice League announcements and speculation, the possibility is looking more and more likely. Although the role of Wonder Woman is far from cast, to a certain extent a simple reference will do at this stage; perhaps to Themyscira (her place of origin), or maybe even a post credits scene that sees her donning the uniform and leaving the lovely island for the world of men. Shes a fairly well-known character, so shed certainly be easy to include in the Man of Steel - either as Wonder Woman herself, or as her civilian alter-ego Diana Prince and putting her in there would definitely help Man of Steel to connect to a larger overriding Justice League continuity, a la The Avengers.
