Why the hell not? Marvel killing off The Avengers might be too much for Disney to handle (they are after all a family friendly company), but a Marvel Zombies movie would allow them not only to cash in on the zombie craze created by The Walking Dead, but to potentially even release the first R-Rated Marvel movie. Marvel Zombies would obviously need to be set in its own continuity and not necessarily part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but can you imagine how downright incredible it would be to see a zombie Iron Man and Captain America bickering over which of them gets to eat Spider-Man?! If the movie were to keep a select few heroes human, then that would add a whole new layer to proceedings, with the remnants of The Avengers on the run from their now very hungry former friends. That sort of dynamic would lead to all sorts of gory scenes too, whether it's Hawkeye taking out Black Widow with a well placed arrow to the head or The Hulk chowing down on Rocket Raccoon mid battle. If you really want to see The Avengers taken out in the most definitive and messed up way possible, then keep everything crossed that a Marvel Zombies movie by some miracle finds its way into Phase 4 or 5!
