1. Hulk Probably Dies - Thor: Ragnarok

So now we have the who of Surtur (and a big indication of what he looks like), there's just the question of how. How he ends up in a fight with Hulk, as shown in the trailer, specifically.

There are two possibilities here: either Hela "kills" Hulk by sending him to Hel (or he goes there himself to stop her plan resulting in Ragnarok), or the pair openly battle (like Gandalf and the Balrog) and he succumbs to his wounds. The former would fit the idea of Thor going to Hel to rescue souls, as in the comics, but the later makes for an even more interesting possibility, since it would require him to be revived somehow.

But then, despite him "dying", there's no way he dies in a conventional manner, because he's basically invincible (for a start) and he's also featured on the Infinity War poster. So he's coming back.

Intriguingly, Mark Ruffalo has already revealed that the Hulk has an intriguing, complex arc that begins with Ragnarok, and it would absolutely fit that he's banished to Hel (or another dimension) and requires rescuing (perhaps that's why Doctor Strange and Iron Man end up in space in the first place). Whatever the precise details, it's all very exciting.
