Ranking The Rock's Films From Worst To Best

11. Awful Family Films

For all of the good The Rock has done as an actor, he's also fallen at the same hurdle that Arnie himself did, by indulging too heavily in family friendly flicks when all we really wanted to see was another kick-ass action film. Still, the pay cheques were apparently too large to turn down, as Rocky thoroughly humiliated himself by wearing a tutu (The Tooth Fairy) and playing daddy (The Game Plan), before taking the money and running in animated fare (Planet 51) and starring in a generic if not totally awful adventure film (Race to Witch Mountain). The depressing thing is that with the exception of Planet 51, these films were all pretty damn profitable, so we're lucky that The Rock escaped from them while he was still able to. We never had to see The Rock pull a Mr. Nanny or Suburban Commando, but there's still time for that, of course.
