Richard Dreyfuss joins the W. office

Playing Dick Cheney, the current U.S. Vice President in Oliver Stone's biopic of George W. Bush

Richard Dreyfuss, sadly the last of the famous Jaws trio to still be with us - has landed himself a rare supporting part in a big Hollywood production. The trades say he is to play Dick Cheney, the current U.S. Vice President. Filming begins on the Oliver Stone directed movie this month, so it has all the chance of being released theatrically in October (during the Presidential elections) and so it can be released on DVD in January (for Bush's depature from office). One of the most exciting actors of the last 18 months - Josh Brolin plays the much maligned President George W. Bush, Elizabeth Banks his wife Laura, James Cromwell & Ellen Burstyn his parents with supporting gigs from Ioan Grufford (Tony Blair), Thandie Newton (Condoleezza Rice), Jeffrey Wright (Colin Powell) and many more.
